What account name should I give?
The account name should be chosen carefully because it is repeatedly displayed in the application and is used when sharing the group notes.
What is sub-account?
A sub account is a full-fledged account that is paid and managed by a parent account. This solution allows for easy billing especially for companies with a large number of accounts.
What is the difference between license and subscription?
The license allows for perpetual use of the software.
Subscription gives you access to more Liza features like ability to synchronize and share notes or reminders to other users.
How to make an order?
If you buy our product first time, use this page.
Check if informations about payer are updated and correct
After selecting a product, enter the number of users or number of months / years you want to purchase. Then click "+" to create order.
Remember that the subscription starts from the moment favorable for the user - this is the date of purchase or completion date if the previous subscription is active.On the list of orders should see a new order. Check that everything is correct and then proceed to pay the order by clicking the "Pay".
If the order is not correct you can cancel it by clicking "Cancel".
When can I place an order?
Orders in the shop can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How can I pay for my order?
Payments are handled by tpay.com.

No. If you have made the transfer using "fast on-line payments" supported by tpay.com, there is no need to send us confirmation of the transfer.
Will the confirmation of the payment accelerate the realization of my order?
No. To fulfill your order, we must receive confirmation of payment from tpay.com.
Why tpay.com is the recipient of payment?
The company tpay.com is our partner, which controls and supervises the payments made on-line at our web shop, so appears as the recipient of on-line payments. After approval, the entire payment will be transferred to our company.
In what form will I receive ordered products?
Software licenses are sold in an electronic version. This means that the client receives ean e-mail with license key and a link that allows him to download the program from website. The key is sent to the e-mail address in the order form.
How long do I have to wait for the order completion?
Your order will be processed automatically, as soon as we receive your payment confirmation.
What do I need to do after purchasing the license?
After payment for your order you will receive an email with license. Copy and paste license code to our application to unlock all features. Remember that you should keep license code safe and do not share it with anyone.
What do I need to do after purchasing the subscription?
After payment for your order you do not need do anything further. It will automatically be completed as soon as we receive your payment confirmation.
What is user identifier?
Accounts are identified using an e-mail address that was used during account creation.
What it is a "account unlink"?
"Unlink" causes exclusion of that user account from your management. The owner of unlinked account after this operation can buy licenses and subscriptions.
What it is a "account removal"?
"Deleting a user", the user account will be deleted and the user will not be able to log in to the system. The purchased license is maintained for life and allows the continued use of our applications without the possibility of synchronizing data between devices.
If deleted account was managed by another account, the number of licenses held by the owner of removed account will be reduced by the number of deleted accounts.How to contact us?
